When you use the quote form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company name, material, finish and quantity requirements, and any drawings or files you attach. We do not collect anything beyond what you choose to send.
The quote form is served by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service that forwards your submission to our company mailbox and then discards it from its own logs. It is used only to deliver your request to us. Your drawing files are never uploaded through the web form — we ask for them as email attachments so that your CAD data stays inside our own mail system. If you need an NDA in place before sending files, tick the box on the form and we will sign first.
Your information is used for one purpose: to prepare and discuss a quotation for machined parts. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except a finishing partner where a specific process you asked for requires it — and then only the minimum needed.
Drawings you send are treated as confidential. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving files if you ask us to — tick the box on the quote form, or send your own NDA and we will return it signed. Files are kept only as long as needed to quote and to repeat an order.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add anonymous traffic statistics later, this page will be updated to say so.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it.
